Matt started karting in 2010 in the TAG novice class.  He won the championship that year and moved up to the TAG senior class for 2011.  He raced the regional and local races that year and continues to try and keep improving.  Matt is currently enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering program at the University of Nevada at Reno and hopes to graduate soon.  His hobbies include riding bikes, motocross and bicycle, and snowboarding in the winter.
