  • Please check the current IKF rules in the IKF Competition Regulation and Technical Manual. Also check the current regional and local option rules.
  • First time drivers, drivers moving up from Kids Kart or moving from a "clutch" class to a "shifter" class will start at the rear of their respective class for 3 race meets, not heats. They must display a large "X" on an ORANGE rear number plate.
  • 3 karts make a championship class. No exceptions.
  • Qualifying times from second class practice determine starting order for the 1st heat, no invert, and 2nd heat, 6 maximum invert. No points for qualifying. Points from heat 1 and 2 determine grid for heat 3, with X-heads starting in the rear regardless of points.
  • Overall finishing positions are determined by the IKF Point Scoring System. However at the NNKC, we will have a winner take all main. We will have 2 heats and 1 main. Heat points determine starting position in the main.
